I’m Tiffany Kaehler, The Florist Coach — a third-generation florist turned business coach. With more than 20 years in the floral industry, I help florists worldwide build profitable, sustainable businesses while creating more time and freedom.

I work alongside my coaching partner and uncle, Bruce Frame, who brings 20+ years of business coaching and a further 20 years as a General Manager in large-scale manufacturing, specialising in systems, efficiency, and growth. Together, we combine florist knowledge with proven business frameworks — giving florists practical strategies they can apply right away.
